Avento Architectural Millwork ("Avento," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through aventomillwork.com and related subdomains (the "Site"), how we use it, when we share it, and the choices you have. By using the Site or submitting an inquiry, you agree to this Policy.

Information you provide. When you request a consultation, email us, or otherwise contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, project location, project type, budget range, timeline, and any details you include in your message.
Automatically collected information. Our hosting and analytics providers may automatically log your IP address, device type, browser, referring URL, pages viewed, and timestamps. This information is used to operate and improve the Site.
Cookies and similar technologies. The Site uses strictly necessary cookies to function and may use analytics cookies to understand aggregate usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may limit some functionality.
2. How We Use Information
- Respond to inquiries and schedule consultations.
- Prepare estimates, proposals, drawings, and project communications.
- Operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Site.

- Trade partners. With your knowledge, we may share project details with vetted partners such as PG Stone when your scope includes stone surfaces.

- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.
4. Data Retention
We retain inquiry and project records for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain accurate business and tax records, and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion as described below.
5. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a portable copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, and residents of other U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws have comparable rights. 7. Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

The Site may link to third-party websites (for example, Instagram). We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information.
9. International Users
Avento operates from the United States. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., which may have different data-protection laws than your jurisdiction.
