Terms of Service

Effective date: July 16, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of aventomillwork.com and related subdomains (the "Site"), operated by Avento Architectural Millwork ("Avento," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful, personal, and legitimate business purposes. You agree not to: (a) violate any law or third-party right; (b) interfere with the Site's operation or security; (c) attempt unauthorized access; (d) scrape, harvest, or use automated means to collect information without our written permission; or (e) upload malware or harmful code.

2. Consultation Requests and Communications

Submitting a consultation request does not create a contract for services. A binding agreement arises only from a separately signed written proposal or contract. Any pricing, timelines, or design suggestions communicated on or through the Site are preliminary, non-binding, and subject to change until reduced to a signed agreement.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, photographs, renderings, drawings, videos, graphics, logos, and the "Avento Architectural Millwork" name — is owned by or licensed to Avento and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may view and share the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes with attribution. Any other use, including reproduction, modification, distribution, or use of our designs or drawings, is prohibited without prior written consent.

4. User Submissions

If you send us photos, drawings, plans, or other materials, you represent that you have the right to do so and grant Avento a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them internally to evaluate and respond to your project. Do not submit information you consider confidential unless we have a signed confidentiality agreement.

5. Photography and Portfolio

Portfolio images depict completed projects and are for illustrative purposes. Materials, dimensions, finishes, hardware, and installation conditions vary; nothing on the Site should be interpreted as a promise of a specific outcome for your project.

6. Third-Party Partners and Links

The Site may reference or link to third parties such as PG Stone and social platforms. We are not responsible for the content, products, services, or practices of third parties. Your dealings with any third party are solely between you and that party.

7. Disclaimers

Please read this section carefully.

The Site and its content are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or availability. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Any project services will be governed by, and any warranties will be set forth in, a separate signed agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Avento and its owners, officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Avento and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your submissions, or your breach of these Terms.

10. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that the exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Site will be the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to Avento, other users, or third parties.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are effective when we post the updated Terms and revise the effective date above. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
